Kelly is a graduate from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Communications. She worked in the fields of Advertising and Property Management until 1999 when she became a mother and refocused her energy on raising her daughter.

Kelly received her first Colon Hydrotherapy certificate through Specialty Health Institute in 2004. She went on to advance her training under France Robert at the Internal Environment Institute in 2005.

In 2008 she was certified at the Advanced Level by the International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy (I-ACT). She studied for three years under naturopathic physician Salvatore D’nofrio, N.D. learning nutrition, the Sedona method of emotional release, and holistic health management. She has studied yoga, detoxification and meditation and in 2007 received Level One Certification to practice Reiki, which she uses to support her clients.
