With a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Jessica began her professional career in the non-profit sector finding herself working in several arenas including fund development, geriatric social work, and international development. Interested in learning more about the world she embarked on several years of international travel which found her doing everything from teaching English in Japan to living amongst an Indigenous group in Panama. Along the way she further developed an interest in natural health and holistic living and began looking for a way to be of service through both her non-profit endeavors, as well as in the field of health and well-being.

Upon settling in Los Angeles she completed her Yoga Teacher Training and has been teaching for the past two and half years. She also completed a Master’s Degree in Holistic Nutrition and is the on-site Nutritional Consultant at Suzanne Childré Associates.
